Well I thought it would leave me alone. I was wrong. I woke up this morning

with the beast sitting on my whole body. My back was so stiff I could hardly

get up. All over body aches and just the rotting feeling.

Maybe it will let up later. I ate some Hydrocodone for breakfast. LOL. And

some Naproxen. LOL. hmmmmmm.... I don't remember where those fall in the food

pyrimid.

Merry Christmas to you too. Well, my knees are giving me hell today. But I

guess I can patch them up with Salonpas, take my hydrocodone and go on. At

least I am off for Christmas Eve and Christmas day this year.

Oh bummer! Seems like that always happens. We feel good for a day and just

Thanks Jeanne. I think I will go and take a hot mineral bath. I feel a little

better now. And of course I have worked the last 4 days and I think that

catches up with me.

Well, I will have the best Christmas I can. It could be worse... and it has

been. LOL.
