I just bought a bottle of Kirkman Lab's L. Acidophilus. It appears to be fine, no illegals listed, same things as I've seen for the past five years. Here's a link, so you can make sure it's the same kind as you purchased:

I bought 3 bottles of Kirkmans acidophilus in the last 2 months. The sales person said it was scd legal. It was the 3 million cfu capsules. So it is now illegal? Ron
