Guest guest
Hi All, I restarted back to WW on Tuesday and so far so good. I have been staying within my points. I am proud of myself. I have been using mental visionalization a lot. I want to wear my Shalwar/Quameez (Indian suit). I imagine myself stepping on the scale and seeing 190lb. Now I weigh 228lb. Then I see myself putting on my Shalwar/Quameez. It fits just perfect. I go to the full length mirror and look at how lovely I look in it. I am so proud! I have achieved my goal....Yahoo! I try to be as detailed as I can. It is helping me to stay focused on where I want to be come July 1st. Does anybody else use visionalization to help them to stay focused? I would be interested in hearing your story. Kim
Guest guest
That's a fantastic visualization! I have one too... My family and I go to a lake cabin every year for a week. Up at the cabin, I have 2 very close friends who are also overweight. Last summer, we all decided that we wanted to lose weight, not just so others will look at us as beautiful, but for ourselves and our futures. I am the first one to arrive at the cabin every year, and I'm usually on the dock when the other 2 come. So I envision myself standing on the edge of the dock in shorts and a tank top (which I wouldn't have dared worn last summer) waiting for my two also thinner best pals to arrive. I can't wait to see them and I can't wait for them to see me. We are all three of us excited to get new bathing suits and actually not be ashamed to be seen in them this summer!!!! in OKC <>< 238/195/194 > Hi All, > > I restarted back to WW on Tuesday and so far so good. Guest guest
I do!! I have a dress that I wore a few years ago that I absolutely love. I have it hanging on my closet door so it is the first thing I see when I get up and the last thing before I go to bed. I want to be in that dress by Sept!
