Guest guest
Hi: This is certainly good news. I am happy you decided to start a new way of life. This journey is certainly that. A diet no, a healthy way of eating yes. Diets don't work. It is good you got rid of the foods you did not want to eat. Remember, on WW, you can eat what you like and like what you eat. It is all a matter of the choices you make. Eating good fats is important, too. All fat free I believe is not healthy. I use olive oil once in a while. Glad the coat fit. What a good feeling that is. Keep up the good work and attitude. Don't stop the wagon. Let it pull you to new heights. The pot holes along the road can be fixed if any. It is the person that makes the road smoother for themselves. Support is here on this list. Good luck, Cyrella

Guest guest
I want to thank everyone for their nice encouragements! I sure need them right now. Please, someone tell me how to jog my weight. I know I'm losing inches obviously but for two weeks now the scale have firmly stayed with in the same two/three pounds. I've even increased my exercise by 10 minutes more a day (bringing it to 30-40 minutes a day olus I do light farmwork) but that scale is staying firmly locked in place. I always hit this plateau right after I start WW and it *is* discouraging, inches lost notwithstanding. I can't figure out why size lost doesn't translate into weight loss. Especially after TWO WEEKS. arghhh. And along with the Scale That Will Not Budge, I feel horribly tired. This is another problem I always encounter after starting a diet. I'm eating better than I have in years and I feel worse than I ever have before. It's an effort just to move some days. Does anyone want to tell me their horror stories so I don't feel so badly?? Giselle -> just got up and wants to go right back to bed
