Under " Other Ingredients " it lists vegetable oil concentrate.

Is that

soy oil? If so, does that make it illegal, or is it just part of the

soy derivative that makes up vitamin E?

Just part of the derivative.

Vitamin E and soy lecithin were two " soys " which were OK. I am

horribly allergic to soy, yet I can tolerate those two.

Thanks Marilyn! For some reason, I have a hard time keeping the soy

rules straight. Brain fog, I guess.

Space... the final frontier.... it's in between my ears!

What's confusing is that soy protein (like tofu) or soy flour is right

out.

Soy oil used to be OK, but then they started not refining it the way it

should be and people were having reactions to leftover soy protein in

it.

But the Vitamin E and the liquid lecithin are OK.

I rather checked this out because I stop breathing if I get soy protein

or soy flour -- but do not react to either Vitamin E or liquid lecithin.

And... funny thing... I'm rather fond of breathing!
