Like , I think taking a proactive approach is best here. Like

I always tell my sports teams and employees --- when things aren't

working, go back to the basics. Basics here are --- are you eating

protein first, getting in your 64ozs. of water a day, are you not

grazing, are you excercising? That is something only you can

answer. As far as a timeline --- I dont know how old you are or how

long you have had weight challenges, but, speaking from experience:

I didn't get to 400 pounds overnight and I won't get to 200 that way

either. Steady, consistent and persistent, that is the key! Let go

of the anger and love yourself through this, YOU are worth it!
