I had my surgery 10 weeks ago today and have barely made to to 39 lbs...I am

losing real slow too...you must eat lots of protein or protein shakes...and

lots of water...if your not losing lbs maybe its inches...I have found that I

go for almost 2 weeks with no drop then lose 3-5 lbs...weird but it works

that way on my body. I too get very upset because I don't seem to be losing

very fast ...always know that there are others in your same shoes...

big hugs...don't give in..

try to limit your carbs and up the water and protein supplements and

see what happens also it may help to change your exercise to shake it up a

bit but be patient your body has been thru a lot and thinks you are

starving it
