Guest guest
Thats a great workout especially for sleeping in. I have the exact same type of place in my building. It sure does help take the excuses away. Ang At 08:59 PM 2/23/2004 +0000, mjaveline wrote: >So, a little while back I visited the workout room at >my office. Guest guest
Good for you Mitch. Where I used to work, when we were still The Money Store, we had a workout room at the Zig (short for Ziggarut--it's an upside down pyramid. It's a new age thing. The owners (family) until First Union now Wachovia bought us were Jewish, but had gotten into New Age). Anywho, it was no where near where I actually worked, but every once in a while I'd go out that way and workout there. We had a great workout room. Tons of weights, treadmills, exercise balls, medicine balls, and even a room that you could bring your videos and workout with. I knew it had been there, but I never checked it out.
Guest guest
Wow Mitch, 8 AP's earned from a little room you never visited and just around the corner so to speak. Sounds like you have a new plan going on here. Watch out it might become addicting!(yeah) Good for you....Kallie ....................................................................
