Guest guest
Hi Kay I used to swim at 24hr fitness, but the commute from work was too long to make it worthwhile. I just couldnt keep motivated to make that long commute. So for now I rely on going to the pool with my students on Tuesdays and Thursdays...but I dont get much excercising in !! I'd love to find a place that isnt so expensive and was more convenient to get to. I was also thinking of looking into country line dancing classes. I love country music and thought it would be a fun way to exercise. But I work until 6 and havent found anything at around 7 thats close. I live in Bay Point so if anyone knows any information about swimming or dance classes let me know.

Guest guest
Hi , I should probably know this - but, where is Bay Point? Do you have a Boys & Girls' Club near you? If so, check with them about swimming. I am going to the San Leandro Boys & Girls Club. If memory serves me right a swim ticket is $3.00 for residents. Country line dancing sounds like fun. I can hardly wait to get my knees fixed so I do fun stuff like that. I want to the Gaskells in Berkeley. They teach classic waltzing and so on. Actually . . . almost any and all forms of dancing sound like fun to me. Take care, Kay in San Leandro open RNY 12/1/03 Diane Duenas wrote: > Hi Kay > > I used to swim at 24hr fitness, but the commute from work was too > long to make it worthwhile.
