We are three weeks into this with a celiac toddler and the whole family is going SCD. It takes awhile to digest the information and get the concepts behind the diet. We live in a " food desert " and I like to have some canned goods on hand just as a back up for bad weather, washed out roads, etc. So....for any canned goods....IF their are no illegals on the list.....IF you contact the company to find out if there are any hidden illegals......and IF you do not show a negative reaction when you eat them.....they must be SAFE?? Is that the final formula?
