There is nothing in the pills accept Fennel, with a Gelatin capsle. Does anyone know if it would be legal? It's basically an herb...which would make me think its ok. She talks about fresh fennel there. http://www.scdiet.org/7archives/scd002.html Many SCD cooks use the seed ground as a spice, and this is legal. Most supplements are gel caps with fennel oil, from the seeds. All forms of fennel seemed so helpful to me when I was very ill and trying to add more foods than chicken soup. Crohn's DG 2003 , symptoms included terrible joint and soft tissue pain, just met first cousin who suffers from Reactive Arthritis-explains sooo much. Followed SCD Strictly 2003-06, then modified by adding new things 10-12 days apart to avoid delayed reactions in the form of arthritis symptoms. Scope on 2-5-09 was great!
