Hi all,

Well, here was my day yesterday. Not great, but not bad either, at least i'm aware of what is going into my mouth. I'm not counting points or calories yet, just keeping track of what I eat is what I am focusing on right now. I'll get to the calorie/point counting later.

B. - Coffee & Donut

S. - Cheeze Its

L. - Roast Beef with cheese, lettuce, & mayo hard roll

S. - 2 Choc. Munchkins, Diet Pepsi

D. - Tony's Pouches (ham & cheese) - 2 - D. Pepsi

S. - Special K cereal

Only about 40 oz of water, but that's better than I usually get.....
