Hi Eileen,

Tilapia isn't bad. Orange roughy is pretty good too. I've never had mahi mahi,

but according to my brother, it's a very tasty fish for people who don't

normally like fish.

I need to learn to eat more fish too. Right now, I just take a bunch of fish oil

pills and cod liver oil to make up for it.

Eileen,

Have you ever made hollandaise sauce - you can easily make it with

ghee:

It adds fat, it's absolutely delicious and it tastes great on fish.

it just mentions c diff on my lab slip for quest - what is the one you're

talking about and what is purging???

thanks eileen

>

> Eileen,

>

> Are you getting tested through Genova Random Stool?

> If so part of that is checking for C Diff along with other buggers.

from and what process they use specifically but they put it into an enema and

inject rectally.

that has been through the human GI tract. It's like a healthy form of a vaccine

it even works on similar principles to homeopathy of treating like with like.

live with and he said that would be ideal but that person would need to be super

duper healthy. The reason I asked this is because it would make sense to me

that whomever the patient lives with well, they are exposed to a lot of the same

microbes and environmental factors that they haven't been affected by.

No, it's like making the custard part of lemon meringue pie.

(which is why I love it so much - should make that for myself

again one of these days, I was absolutely hooked last year)

the point though <g> is you have to beat it until it thickens.

It's so good, I could snarf the whole thing at once. <g>

Well, I feel that way about lemon meringue pie as well,

really.

Hollandaise sauce being pretty much the savory version

of lemon meringue custard. The food version and the

desert, sweetened version.

NO, you should be doing real fish!! Healthy for you.

Plus natural variety in the diet is good.
