Guest guest
Well, stayed the same this week. AGAIN. That's three weeks in a row. Could this be a plateau? I'm not sure if I should continue on like normal or try to " shake things up a bit. " Someone suggested trying the fast track program, but 20 points seems like very little. I exercise a lot, and usually eat my APs, plus flexies. I'm thinking of trying fast track, but modifiying it by also eating my APs. I mean, I'm about to go run 10 miles--I really don't think 20 points would be enought to get through today with that kind of exercise. This is all so frustrating. I'm going to go back through my journal these past three weeks and see if I can deduce any reasons why my body may be holding on. I have been increasing my running a lot to prepare for my upcoming half marathon, maybe it's an adjustment period? April
Guest guest
It's very possible that your body is adjusting to the new training. I would try shaking things up a bit, just to see if that helps at all. in OKC <>< 238/204/under 200 > Well, stayed the same this week. AGAIN. That's three weeks in a row. > Could this be a plateau?
