Hi Araina,

I hope I remembered your name correctly. I never have had a good memory

for names.

Anyway . . . which protein tastes best is strictly a matter of personal

preference. A lot of the ones I've heard folks rave about make me gag.

I recommend going to a site like Vitalady.com where you order samples.

Much better than spending all the money for a big tub of the stuff only

to find out you hate it. My favorites are Sci Fit Coconut Cream Pie

flavor and Whey Gourmet Arctic Cappuccino Frappe. With the coconut one,

I sometimes add a little sugar-free pineapple syrup for a Pina

Colada-like flavor.

All the best,

I'm near Sacramento, so I can't tell you exactly in Union City. BUT -- do you have any of these stores near you?

1. Whole Foods Market

2. Max Muscle

3. Wild Oats Market

4. GNC

5. Any natural foods-type market

I agree with the person who suggested you order samples from www.vitalady.com I took a scientific approach by ordering 2 of each sample that sounded good to me. That way I could try them each TWICE (sometimes I get turned off just because a taste is new, and have to try it a second time to get a good opinion). Some of them I wouldn't have tried twice for anything, ha ha!

My personal favorites are Champion Pure Whey Stack (Chocolate), Champion ProScore 100 (Chocolate), Champion Pure Whey Stack (Chocolate Moccachino), Champion Pure Whey Stack (Banana Scream) and Isopure Zero Carb in the glass bottles (these aren't good to get by mail order). I am a chocolate fan from way back. ;-)

The most important thing to remember, in my opinion, is that everyone's tastes are different. And, to make matters worse, sometimes what appeals to you BEFORE surgery will taste awful to you AFTER surgery. So don't "stock up" on your favorite unless you'll use all of most of it before surgery.

Happy tasting!
