I’ve had Crohn’s since early 1980s, am on SCD but not currently on drugs (but am going to start LDN soon); am missing about three feet of small intestine from two surgeries. My stools are rarely formed.... more like soft serve (i know, it is gross) and will often settle in the bottom unformed. I tend to call them loose or soft depending on whether or not is discolors the water in the toilet or not. When things are really good I get formed BM's, sometimes for several days in a row. When things are bad I get urgent, watery, explosive D.
