Guest guest
Hi Emma, glad you mentioned brain games. I usually try to play some scrabble every night or do some complicated game that keeps my mind working. I noticed the difference when we moved and I was not able to get to my computer for several weeks. Played some games last night. Slept better and although I don't feel so alert today, I guess it's going to take time to get back in my groove. let's hear from some other about brain fog. Dolores & Mike From: Emma Sand <seneca.whitaker@...> Subject: rheumatic Brain fog suggestions rheumatic Date: Monday, November 10, 2008, 3:32 PM I have found the brain games on the website lumosity.com helpful for resharpening my brain. It doesn't happen overnight, but if you do them every day you will notice a difference. Also cutting out sugars and following the suggestions from the book The Yeast Connection have helped me a lot. Yeast is responsible for a lot of my spaciness, especially having been on antibiotics so long.
