Hi Emma, glad you mentioned brain games.  I usually try to play some scrabble

every night or do some complicated game that keeps my mind working.  I noticed

the difference when we moved and I was not able to get to my computer for

several weeks. Played some games last night.  Slept better and although I don't

feel so alert today, I guess it's going to take time to get back in my groove.

I have found the brain games on the website lumosity.com helpful for

resharpening my brain. It doesn't happen overnight, but if you do them every

day you will notice a difference. Also cutting out sugars and following the

suggestions from the book The Yeast Connection have helped me a lot. Yeast

is responsible for a lot of my spaciness, especially having been on

antibiotics so long.
