Excalibur for yogurt question

I will probably be replacing my current yogurt maker soon and I'm wondering which Excalibur is best for making yogurt? Is there a difference in features other than size? We are a family of four and will probably learn to use it as a dehydrator as well. I appreciate any and all thoughts and suggestions! Thank you in advance!!!
