Guest guest Posted March 5, 2009 Report Share Posted March 5, 2009 Okay - I've become an addict. This is the best version yet. SCD mocha cappucino: Whip up some almond milk in a blender. Before you separate the milk from the nut grinds, the top layer of this should produce thick bubbles. Ladle some of these bubbles - and some almond milk if you like medium or light coffee - into your coffee. Then shave some cocoa butter and add this on top, so that it melts and sinks in, leaving a chocolatey taste on your bubbles and spilling into the coffee. Add cinnamon on top if desired.
