I too am from Wa Sate. grew up in Tukwila and left in 86. In TX now the past 14

yrs. I call this home. This is an awesome group and there are alot of great

people in here. Lots of good info too. So get comfy and jump right on in.

files sent..if that is the right word...there is nothing in them to click on and

open, nothing happens when I try to get to the information so I've just been

deleting them.

This past year has been pretty lousy for me healthwise...Prognosis for the

fibro? Don't have one. Prognosis for my diabetes is poor and have been told if

things don't greatly improve I may die in two or three years. As we all know the

pain we feel makes it hard to do things such as housework, let alone intentional

exercise!

I am also diagnosed with CFIDS, arthritis, facet arthropathy, migraines, sleep

apnea, high blood pressure and cholesterol.

I try to keep busy with pen pals, reading, movies, chatting online, taking care

of my pets, visiting my parents and shopping.

Please feel free to ask me anything, especially if I " m not making sense!
