Guest guest
hi laurie. geez, i really don't know how bad it has to be at all. i know i am not the worst possible case of RSD ever, i have never needed a wheelchair or even crutches cuz my RSD is mostly upper extremity altho i do have it in the lower too, but not like it is up high. i think anyone with RSD can have it done. how bad is yours, if you don't mind me asking... love, amy > > Amy, > How severe does your RSD have to be before they do that kind of procedure? > Take care, > Laurie
Guest guest
Amy, I have it in both feet up to my knees. One leg and hip is affected also an area in the back of my scalp. They say I'm stage 2 what ever that means. I'm thinking of calling my pain doc. see if he can give me a block in my left hip and leg. It's been acting up. If I sit in a chair or laying in bed and cough I get extreme jabs of burning pain. I have been trying the tens on it with out much sucess. And the pain the tens pads cause taking them off. I won't even go there. I'm in a wheelchair most of the time because of feet. I have a service dog that helps get things and pickup things. Also will take off my socks or shoes real gently. He's a wonder dog. TOBY Exuse the rambling it's just one of those nights. Where do you live? I live in Minnesota. Haven't seen anyone online in my area. Seems like most people are either on the east or west coast. Take care, and gets some zzz's Laurie
