I don't know its legal status but I know I react negatively to it --

immense amounts of gas. And by immense I mean, " Holy cow, do I have

the Hindenburg connected to me somewhere? " immense.

Sulfur dioxide is a preservative (retains color), often used with

dried fruits. It is OK while on SCD -- but not everyone tolerates it

well, so go slowly with it at first.
