Guest guest
Ruth When I made yogurt regularly four years ago I routinely left my yogurt dripping in a bowl on my kitchen counter for 8 to 9 hours (while I was at work). The yogurt was fine. My room temperature can run between 70 in the winter to 82 in the summer, and I had no problems with the quality of the yogurt. Kim M. SCD 5 years > > Hi, > > aaaccckk.....
