Guest guest
Congratulations, Debra, on getting that key chain! I love mine -- it means a lot! Keep up the great work! Bette
Guest guest
Hello, losers! I'm way behind on my posts and I haven't replied to posts from the weekend, but I had to come and tell you all - I GOT MY 10% KEYCHAIN! I needed to lose .4 and I lost 1.4. I almost didn't go to the meeting because I thought I'd gained. But I knew I needed to go no matter what, so I prepared myself for a gain. I ate out of stress this weekend, but I guess there's a difference between eating an extra bowl of oatmeal vs. half a pound of M & Ms. Changes have sunk in that I wasn't really aware of. I overate, but I didn't binge. I didn't eat when I wasn't hungry. I feel good!!!!! Does it sound like I'm running a mile a minute? I am! --- Debra Down 45.2 pounds 16.2 pounds left of my Season Pass Challenge
