I had a very bad day and it's not even overwith yet. I still have to eat dinner. I have at least journaled, but am too ashamed to post it here. I have gotten all my water in though, so that's a plus. I will be back on track tomorrow. I hate it when they have meetings at work, all the yummy left overs.....
