Awww, thanks so much! I am pretty proud of myself too. It helps having hubby there too. We have not been able to go the last 2 days but we are going today. I miss it!

Thanks Coco,

Not sure if there is anything anyone can do. I just hate to feel hungry all the time. That is with getting in a river of water a day. I try to have a little breakfast, salad for lunch, but am starving by the time i'm driving home. I don't do fruits and veggies so that option is out. I have to eat or I get really shakey from my diabetes medicine that I take. I can't afford a dietician. All way too expensive around here it's rediculous. Trying to stay within points gets blown outta the water as soon as I open my door at home. I don't know, I just need to figure something out. Sorry to be such a bummer.

I need to go to the gym and weigh myself. I started weight myself

there so I know its accurate. I haven't weighed in a few days.

I ate a lot for a while then I started exercising and ever since I

found out about my job I haven't been eating cuz I have just been

busy. I mean I eat but not much... good choices though.

Gail,

Are you low carbing because of your diabetes? You might be getting

shaky because your blood glucose might be dipping to low on your

meds? I don't know if I told you but I had an A1c of 9.9 and brought

it down to 4.9 on no medication from diet and exercise. Exercise will

really help you control your blood glucose levels but you have to eat

right to do it. I could tell you what I did if you are interested. I

have all the info from the dietician I went to.. I could pass it on to

you if you want via the net.

Gail,

I am sorry that when you get home it is hard for you to stay on plan. It is tough if you don't eat veggies but there are lots of low point foods you can eat. Have you tried making any from our recipe site?

no, haven't tried any yet. hubby is very picky. i should try making some stuff up and freezing it for my lunches. just thought of that. i'll have to wait till my next pay period though. ~Coco~ wrote:
