That is with getting in a river of water a day. I try to have a little breakfast, salad for lunch, but am starving by the time i'm driving home. I don't do fruits and veggies so that option is out. I have to eat or I get really shakey from my diabetes medicine that I take. I can't afford a dietician. All way too expensive around here it's rediculous. Trying to stay within points gets blown outta the water as soon as I open my door at home. I don't know, I just need to figure something out. Sorry to be such a bummer. I ate a lot for a while then I started exercising and ever since I found out about my job I haven't been eating cuz I have just been busy. I mean I eat but not much... good choices though. You might be getting shaky because your blood glucose might be dipping to low on your meds? I don't know if I told you but I had an A1c of 9.9 and brought it down to 4.9 on no medication from diet and exercise. Exercise will really help you control your blood glucose levels but you have to eat right to do it. I could tell you what I did if you are interested. It is tough if you don't eat veggies but there are lots of low point foods you can eat. Have you tried making any from our recipe site?
