Guest guest Posted February 26, 2009 Report Share Posted February 26, 2009 Ok, I am about 2 months into SCD, having a lot of difficulties right now (no fruit, no nuts, no beans, maybe no eggs, and no dairy, but can do goats milk yogurt), and so am going to start digestive enzymes. I talked to Pam at GIProHealth the other day and she was so helpful and supportive. I use GIProHealth's yogurt starter and acidophillus with no problems. I am SUPER sensitive, and I was going to order the ProZymes, but I am not sure about the egg whites - I cannot tell if I have a problem with eggs, sometimes I think I do, and sometimes I do not, and I haven't figured it out yet. Has anyone else used the GIProHealth Prozymes successfully, who is also super sensitive? I would prefer to use GIProHealth's products, but am a little concerned about the egg white. I looked at the list of enzymes suggested on pecanbread.com, and am thinking of Digest Gold as an alternative - I can get it this weekend at a store, but its expensive, and I am concerned about trying another supplement to which I may react (and spending the $$ and then not being able to use the product).
