Guest guest
Hi all. I just came back from a trip and it was tough without my own food. I ran out of it after a long flight delay and accidental overnight - finding something SCD friendly in airports and after hours is really hard. I am having problems from eating way too many nut honey bars, so I was limited to eating cheddar cheese packs and freshly sliced turkey and throwing away the bagel. It was after midnight when our flight got in and nothing to eat but a vending machine. I went to bed hungry in our hotel hungry. Next time, I'll make sure I carry more food. Maybe jerky meats are the way to go. Protein and portable. CD - 3 years SCD - 2 years - In BTVC-SCD , " Wizop Marilyn L. Alm " wrote: > > > Jodi, > > I'm glad you're back.
