Hello,

You absolutely can. Dripped yogurt can be substituted for DCCC in any recipe.

Take care,

Kim H.

husband, , CD 1999, SCD 2002

The recipe calls for

1/2 cup homemade yogurt or homemade cream cheese2 cups uncreamed cottage cheese (dry curd cottage cheese)

In the UK I cant get dry curd cottage cheese, so can I just use 2 1/2 cups of dripped yoghurt / cream cheese?

Yes, you can -- I couldn't find dry curd cottage cheese for the first

four years I was on SCD, and made (and dripped) a LOT of yogurt!
