I searched the archive and was unable to find the info I'm looking for. Can

anyone

recommend a legal fish oil available in a capsule form? Does this exist? If no,

can someone

please recommend a legal fish oil in the liquid form.

I'm actually taking 3 kinds. My doctor wanted me to take up to 5000 MG

a day because of high cholesterol (but I only actually take 3000). I

figured I may as well use a variety of fish, so I chose:

Spectrum Fish Oil Soft Gels - ingredients are anchovies, mackerel,

sardines, non-genetically engineered natural Vitamin E (to preserve

freshness), softgel (gelatin, water, glycerine)

Green Pastures Blue Ice Pure Cod Liver Oil (Oslo Orange)- Other

Ingredients are Organic Orange and Lemon Oil, Organic plant sterol

blend anti-oxidant (soy free)

Carlson's Norwegian Salmon Oil Soft Gels - Other Ingredients: Soft Gel

Shell: Beef gelatin, glycerin, water.
