I just recently started taking betaine hcl from " Now " . Take at start of meal. The digest gold and lypo gold either int he middle or end. If you know how to muscle test yourself to see if those would work, that would be good. found something closer to home, so no problem with that. If you can find something else that works, just get on a digestive enzyme with meals.
