I have been making and eating bone broth for a little over a

year now. Every time I eat it, and it took me a while to figure this out, I

wake up the next morning with horribly swollen eye lids. I don’t know why that

happens unless it is due to the increased salt intake since I add salt to it

when I eat it.

Just the bones of turkey, chicken, pork, etc. (not mixed) and

any meat left on it, filtered water, either lemon juice or ACV, I let it sit

for an hour, bring to a boil, skim off foam, then simmer lightly for 24 hours.
