Sounds weird, I know, but no matter what ingredients I used to make soup, my body would react allergically (hives, respiratory distress) >if I had it two meals or two days in a row. Soup is now a once-every-two-week item for me, to keep my body from reacting. I have been making and eating bone broth for a little over a year now. Every time I eat it, and it took me a while to figure this out, I wake up the next morning with horribly swollen eye lids. I don’t know why that happens unless it is due to the increased salt intake since I add salt to it when I eat it. a
