Sharon,

They seem to get worse with the heat. It suddenly got really really hot

here. I used to have allergies really bad but they went away and now they

come back just as it heats up. its Muy-non Bueno. The dust mask is a good

idea, I dont like having them cover my mouth though. I'll work on the

vitamins... I've put a note on my door that says " Have you taken you

medication today? " I'll add " and Vitamins " to it.

Good luck with your allergies.

Re: Re: damn alergies!!!

I know someone on list a longtime ago and she said she had seen a

homeopathic doc and he helped them (her son and her) .She didn't say what

they were given but it supposedly cured their allergies! I'd love to know

too!

I have allergies and take Allegra which doesn't do much....I also have

asthma which has been given me more trouble this spring than any other

spring!

I take chromium picolinate for processing carbohyrates and I know it doesn't

help my allergies.

HOpefully we will find something that is cheaper and more effective than

prescription drugs....

chomium has helped with your seasonal allergies? I will definately get

some of that. this is ridiculus. I was actually doing well today, not even

any sneezing.... then I sneezed once and had a bloody nose for 25 minutes. Does

any one else have these bloody noses? does the chromium help that too?
