Thanks you guys..

I know you know what a big deal this is!!!!!

Going from being transfused and getting Iron IV's that I had

anaphalaxsis to.. To getting bone marrow tested with Hematologist to

rule everything out.. So many things..

This is beyond exhilarating for me!

It is so paying off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am doing so well myself, that the doc took me off 2 of my bio-identical hormones. been on scd for 4+ years. Someone the other day asked if I would be on scd forever or go back to eating gf? I told them why would I want to change, when am doing so well? she couldnt answer me

do you take the legal vit's already? i take freeda multi-vit,b

complex with c and zinc and calc/mag plus their d3 -should cover

most of your probs - not sure if you'd need more than elaine

recommended plus - if you're absorbing, food is the best way to get

vit's spinach is great for iron /calc

A damaged gut and bacterial overgrowth will likely result in low blood

iron as your body is in emergency mode and hoards iron.

Red meat, eggs, spinach.
