Guest guest
This weather is killing me. I've been in soo much pain with my back that I want to scream. Plus I've been fighting bronchitis for like three weeks now. I've been trying to stretch and do my exercises but it's just not working. Plus I'm switching physical therapist the one I'm with now well they put with the new employee and let's just say I'm not sure she knows what she's doing. So I'm going someplace else. Anyone else having these problems. Is there anything we can do for it and how do you get you doctors to listen. There weather changing the meds need to be adjusted. I live in ville Texas and my family lives in Oklahoma City. Sincerely

Both screaming and laughter gets some endrophines moving in your body and those are very good for you! I told my oldest great niece that while her youngest sister is driving her nuts with her giggles, I told her it was very good for me!! Watch a funny movie, read a funny book!! Or find something that will help you get some positive energy flowing!!! So, if you won't distrub any neighbors or families members! Find something to laugh at!!! When I can't take it anymore and I need to scream, I tell my family that I am going to my room and scream into my pillow (with the door closed, of course) for a few minutes. I feel better afterwards. Grant you, all of the pain isn't gone, but it isn't as bad as it was before. I also discovered that when I am feeling bad, I have to alter what I watch on TV to something light and humorous. Guest guest
I have to alter what I watch and read when I'm in a flare too. I definitely have to keep it light and funny. I tend to tense up when I watch the serious shows or movies and when I laugh the tension lessens some. Marti DebiAC012553@... wrote: In a message dated 12/9/2007 7:18:46 P.M. Guest guest
Me too, and sometimes the music that can build up to a suspenseful moment will cause all my muscles to tense. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to watch what I read and watch.
