Guest guest
Hi Soheila, I am so sorry that you have not gotten the relief that both you and I expected from the Minocin by now. The Minocin should have at least gotten the inflammation under control. The only thing that I can think of is that there is something else in your body that is interfereing with the Mino to do it's work. That could be Celiac, fungal, viral or other overlapping diseases. . I don't beleive that you are suffering from Vit. D. Deficiency. Vit D. is not a vitamin, but a secosteroid. High doses wll act like Prednisone and give you a steroidal temporary feelgood boost, but does nothing for the bacteria in your body that is making you sick. I am into my second month of M/P and just finally starting to herx very mildly. I think you need a good solid workup by a doctor more knowledgable in A/P and it's workings. I hope your school work isn't the cause of more stress for you as that factor can work against you getting your healing process under way. Lynne's history below mine is a complicated one also. I'm learning that the complete turnaround that I took from deathbed scenario to being completely functional was an unusual one. I thought everyone responded beatifully like I did. Didn't realize that other's had more complex hurdles to climb than I did. I think you have something else in your body or outside factors that haven't been discovered yet and need to be found and treated properly. I stopped going to Dr. Whitman because although he said he was going to monitor me through the M/P, he knew nothing about it and immediately set out to change the protocol. I was lucky to find a PCP who was willing and things are starting to go along as planned. I am happy with my progress and I wish all of you find the same for a happy holiday and good health in the coming new year. Guest guest
Hi Lynne Thank you for the reply. I didn't expect to get wel overnight but i expected to see some improvements after being 9 months on AP. In Henry Scamell's book almost everybody saw improvements within few months. That's why I am concerned about my situation. Dolores says maybe something else blocking minocin to work. Maybe I have another disease which I don't know about it. I have lost 5 lb very recently. I don't take any sugars except from fruits, no meat , no diary product, no anything with gluten , no potatoes. I don't know how I am supposed to gain weight with such a diet. I am only skin and bone and hate to look at myself in the mirror. I am going to do blood test for celiac disease again. It's strange that I took whole my life bread without any problem and now the test says I have celiac disease. I have difficulty in memorizing my study stuffs. probabbly have vitamine deficiency. I did blood test last week. I would know if I have vit D, B12, IRON deficiency when i see my Dr in Jan. Anyway I hope you have a happy holiday. talk to you later soheila ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
Hi Soheila, Did you manage to get Ensure Plus? It's basically a similar formulation to that used in intravenous feeding, but it comes in various flavours and it's delicious Two or three Ensure Plus a day will certainly help to maintain your weight.
