Won't Be Around For Awhile

Just wanted to let everyone know that I will not be around for

awhile.

Last night my son was severely burned in a grease fire and has been

transferred to the Burn Unit about 2 1/2 hours from home in

Springfield. I of course will be staying here with him. He is in

surgery right now doing skin graphs on his arm, hand and foot. He

was very very lucky that it didn't cover more of his body, but the

areas that were burned are horrific.

They do have a computer here in the surgery waiting area that is for

family to use however I noticed earlier today that it seems to be in

use constantly....hopefully they leave it available throughout the

night so when I can't sleep I can check my email occasionally. But

if you all don't hear from me...at least you know why.

How awful! Please know that you and your son are in my thoughts with

a wish for a rapid recovery! Dont forget to take care of yourself

through all this!!
