Hello Everyone, I've been up since 4:00 AM and haven't had my meds in order to

determine how effective they are and let me tell you my body is screaming. I

hurt all over. FM is real as I've proven to myself again. Well I'm going to take

my meds now and drink another gallon of coffee then I'll be FINE! lol !

, sometimes I think the same way. I don't realize that my pain medication

is working until I go without it in the mornings. I know I have been on

hydrocodone for a long time and fear sometimes it is not working for me. But

let me tell ya, one night at work I got a back ache from hell. I thought, that

pill might not even help. I took it and it did bring relief to where I could

function better within an hour. I fear the day I don't have it because my body

will hurt like you know what. And the horrible feeling of the all over fibro

aching and fog... it comes back if I have not taken a pain pill. The pain pill

helps. It does not remove all the symptoms, but it lessens them and sometimes I

have a few hours of when I ALMOST feel normal.

I remember all the times I had no pain medication before I even knew I had

fibro. I lived with that kind of aching and fog every minute. Back then it

crept in so slow I did not realize it was not normal to feel that way. I will

say though, the fibro progressed alot over the last few years and I don't know

what I would do if I had to even TRY to function without my medication.

, you crazy ole man!

I had to stop my NAISD, Lodine and now my joints are screeming. Guess

will have to take the Alleve/Tylenol combination now.
