You didn't change my mind, but you started me on another research

journey. And because of that I have found another missing piece of my

allergy puzzle. As I was researching again on vit C, then on

bioflavonoids I got a surprise.

Though I've known for at least a couple years now that I am sensitive or

allergic to Quercetin (gives me eczema) I somehow never twigged that it

is a component of the unspecified " citrus bioflavonoids " in many vitC

" complex " products, but indeed it is. Some such products list it

separately, as they generally do Rutin and Hesperidin, but many don't. I

was avoiding Quercitin only when listed separately. Armed with this new

bit of information, I can now add " citrus bioflavonoids " to my list of

ingredients to avoid.

It is an ongoing process to figure out why I get reactions/hives/eczema

when I think I've been very vigilant about all my allergens, but the

darn things keep turning up in places that in retrospect I should have

suspected, but didn't.

It is a great thing to find one hiding under a general ingredient label.

It means I will have fewer attacks in the future!
