Guest guest
The sad fact is they don't work as WELL for us, however a large dose will help cut our pain down to bearable places. My brain fog is bad right now, forgive me for using the wrong words I can't get to the right ones. Anyway, the point is that we require much larger doses to do less than a smaller dose for a 'normal'. We CAN get enough relief to at least take away the worst raw edges of the pain IF we are prescibed it in sufficient quantities. No, it really doesn't STOP the pain. That's just a sad fact we have to live with for now. But it doesn't mean it won't help us at all. My doctor understands this, and prescribes accordingly. I just thought that if your doctor understood the mechanics of pain relief for fibromites he might learn the correct way to prescribe. Peace and Love Caroline I understand the articles, but no where does it say what to do about the pain. How can I express to my doctor that I need pain relief when there seems to be noneÂ… especially if opiods donÂ’t work. I might as well get my gun back.
