I haven't been using it to dose unless I'm not eating breakfast for awhile when I get up, or at night if I don't weant to eat before bed. >>>How much do you use ? i.e if I can get it here how do you convert a HC dose to cream? Guest guest Posted December 23, 2007 Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 I put it on my abdomen, trunk, hips, mainly, but have put in on thighs and on shins. 1/4 tsp (10 mg) is rather a lot to rub into a small area, so I use larger areas of skin for my larger doses. I normally use only the cream, and doses equal 10 mg (1/4 tsp), 7.5 mg (1/8 tsp plus 1/16 tsp), 5 mg (1/8 tsp), 2.5 mg (1/16 tsp).
