Hi Thelma and once again welcome to the group! ! I to suffered in silence for

years and was unwilling to see a Dr. due to haveing been labled a pill chaser

years ago and when I decided to see a Dr. he only dismissed me

and sent me to a physical therapist as my pain center is my tailbone lowerback

area. Therapy helped my back a little but did nothing more than just that. I can

relate to your saying (know one knows) but WE do and having joined makes you one

of US now. I hope you find the Love,encouragement and support I have found since

joining 7mo. ago.

I`m a new member

Hi I have just joined your site. My name is Thelma from North Carolina. Actually

it took me a while to get up the nerve to join. My experience has always been no

one believes how bad my Fibromyalgia symptoms really are. So I have had to

suffer in silence. I have been able to see that you guys know exactly how I am

feeling.My husband of 31 years has been a great help to me though and trys all

he can to take all the burden off me he can. He works a lot of long hours though

so I feel guilty about putting more on him.I have no other family members that

care much about what goes on in my life and we have no children. Somedays (and

that is more often than not) I hurt so bad I can barely get around. Like some of

you the pain travels around ar lot but its always there and usually in more than

one place at a time. I also have problems with thinking and remembering. It gets

very hard to deal with sometimes so I cry alot when I am alone. Don`t like to

upset my husband and I hate the felling of not being able to do things

myself.Well, Thanks for listening. Hope this turns out to be a good place for
