JH I was on that site last night and I questioned some of the products. I would stick to Elaine's guidelines unless you have a letter and feel comfortable with the information in it. They have decaf tea as okay but Elaine's site say

Decaffeinated Products

Illegal

Decaffeinated products are not legal since the manufacturing process may introduce questionable ingredients or reactions..Maybe I missed something though. The mxed pineapple and orange juice I would also be suspicious of. Spectrum mayo uses canola oil Elaine said

Canola oil

Legal

Legal, but not recommended.Just my .02 Katy

I am "old school" SCD so my answer is yeah, some of them are legal but the majority of them are not. I love 's site. I have tried a lot of her recipes and liked every one. I bought her "I Want to Thrive" magazine and really enjoyed it. I plan on making one of the soup recipes from it this weekend. I don't agree with all the prepared products she has listed as legal so I don't use them. Kim H.husband, , CD 1999, SCD 2002

Are any of the prepared foods on "nomorecrohns" web site legal?-- JHscd 4 yearscd
