Maintaining proper yogurt temp

Hi All,

Last year on the list there was a thread about a gizmo (not a dimmer switch, but something else) which you could use externally w/ the Yogourmet Yogurt maker to maintain it doesn't over heat. I'd saved the posts and lost them due to a crash. Is it possible someone could please send these to me? To my email would be preferable as I don't seem to be getting any list mail.
