Just looking > for some different flavors! I think I introduced it pretty early - but not the first three weeks. But I don't react to spicy or sharpish, vinegary foods as some people do. It's like anything else, you have to see if you tolerate it. There are some theories that hot sauce is good for crohn's/colitis and others that it isnt - possibly based on the range of reactions to it, at least on the negative side. The original red Tabasco sauce is legal; green Tabasco is not.
