Guest guest Posted July 21, 2006 Report Share Posted July 21, 2006 Sinch I joined this group I have not wanted to put those little numbers down at the bottom until I reached a couple of goals of mine. Well this morning, on day 4 of the protein and workout train, I have reached my first goals... Mike T 401/299/220 Thats right, I have now lost 102 pounds and I broke the 300 line that I was stuck at for a week!
