You have already passed your 3rd anniversary (and year 3) and are into your 4th year of post op life! Time flies and health is the best focus and it sounds like you have that! Don't be hard on yourself too many of us got on the diet bandwagon not believing that normal was good enough. Dieting and restricting never made anyone thinner. Eating " as a hobby " not because you need the energy never made anyone thinner either. Eat when physically hungry and if you physically feel good, you made the best choice for your body.
