Guest guest
I have silicone and love every cc of it! I have friends who have both...yes, I've felt them just so I can decide for myself before I had my implants placed. The only thing I plan on re-doing in regards to my breasts is eventually get them replaced w/ smaller ones....like a C cup, but that's way down the road. None of the women were post WLS, just normal bods. The ones that have saline placed over the breast muscle, NOT under feel gross and look obvious. Interestingly enough, all of these women are strippers or porn and like the *look*. Go figure! The woman who does my manicures/pedicures has saline and had them placed under the breast muscle. To me they look great and feel great. Maybe Felicia and Vicki can give some input since she was at the wedding. My aunt has silicone (bilateral breast cancer survivor) and hers has encapsulated. So I don't think anyone is immune to encapsulation be it silicone or saline. O ----- Original Message ----- From: Vitalady I am leaning toward the gels. Votes? Opinions? Guest guest
Who was she? I don't remember her at all. Describe her, or maybe what she was wearing. My take on implants is that they aren't a good idea. Not just because of the medical side effects, the risk, but also I just don't think they look good. I think they look fake, even if they are under the muscle, silicone, gel, whatever. Why not get the breasts built up with the extra skin? They can do that, you know. Like Vicki said, it's called a Pedicle. With all of the extra skin we have, they can make them bigger. And our bodies won't reject them like we do the implants. The thing that bothers me most about implants after WLS is that they REMIND me of being fat. They LOOK fat. Just the truth, they look like a fat person's boobs, just harder. They catch food and drink on the " shelf. " They are in the way, literally sitting on the table while at a restaurant. Under clothing and a bra, they look no different than when we were fat, and that is what I can't handle. I absolutely cannot deal with it. I could never have them, would never have them. But like I said, just a personal preference, no offense to any of you. You probably shouldn't have asked *my* opinion, hahaha! Oh, btw, yours look like porn breasts, too, so don't even try to play that off, you stripper girl! , too, they are like, " Hey, big daddy, come here and give me a tip! " Wooohooo, right in the face. Okay, now, as usual, I have to tie this into WLS, so I can be ON- TOPIC. Hmmm, oh, duh, it's easy. I obviously still have the mindset of seeing breasts as FAT, as morbidly obese. That is the tie in. My mind will NOT accept that breasts don't equal MO to everyone. My problem...psychological. I need help...Dr. Lector, Hannibal, where are you when I need you????? And I liked 'em! :-) But then, I always was a girly girl. Along with my gain of 130 lbs., my breasts naturally got even bigger...big to the point of being humiliating I must admit. But I certainly don't equate " normally' large breasts with obesity! I can't imagine me without them and don't want to. I would feel...well...empty, I think. I was in a D cup by the time I was 13. My goal now is to get back down to that, and have them where they're supposed to be...and I will need surgery to accomplish that. They are in such a sad state right now. :-( Funny how differently we perceive things. To you they say FAT...to me they say FEMININE! Guest guest
Mine are presently under the muscle. Ow. I'd do it that way again, though. Now, Felicia thinks you & I both have hooker chests! LOL. She prefers the flat look, so we look HUGE to her eye. I preferred to match the original equipment. Today, I'm just pouting that I even had to ever do anything about it. Every now and then the obesity disease makes me mad all over again. I am OK with the treatment when I remind myself that I didn't get to vote on whether I'd have this disease or not. But sometimes, it inconveniences me to deal with all the peripherals that accompany the treatment. THEN, I remember that I would not have any choices at all had I remained morbid. I'd have been long dead these many years. Thanks, www.vitalady.com https://secure.paypal.com/affil/pal=vitalady%40bigfoot.com Re: implants I have silicone and love every cc of it! Guest guest
I am with you . I always have had large breasts and they got enormous when I was MO, but even after plastics I want a decent size such as a C or a D. I guess a lot has to do with the way your body is built. Felicia looks great with her tiny ones. I would look deformed........at least in my mind. Michele (with one L)
Guest guest
Girl, you have me pegged! I guess I should put at the bottom of my posts that I am a gay male in a female's body. Or perhaps that I am a dyke who is not gay? Okay, maybe that is TMI, hahaha. No, I didn't have big breasts pre-MO. I didn't even have huge breasts when I was MO, I think I was like a 42C, but they felt like boulders. Felicia On-Topic tie in: If you don't want your breasts to sag too badly while you're losing your weight, wear sports bras around the clock (yes, even to bed). They can be the low impact, cheapies from Walmart (Hanes low impact 2 for $8.00), but they will keep you a little higher, believe it or not. My PS even confirmed this. Nothing will keep some of us from needing a breast lift (ME), but they will keep the nipples pointing out, instead of straight to the ground. I promise! > Whoa there girl! Guest guest
Judging by everyone else's recovery and lack of pain, I'm wondering if it is the method at that clinic. I am NOT going back there, even though it might be financially better if I did. Too scared.
