I gotta jump in on this one. I completely believe that sweating out the

toxins is what keeps me going too! I think it makes a big difference.

And yes, I did get on the treadmill and went for 4 miles after work tonight!

One down, three more to go this week :-)

WooHoo! You Go ! (I can barely do 1 mile on my treadmill before my knees

cramp up on me...I don't know how you manage 4.)

Good for you and Manju for getting to the gym 4 days this week! You are

doing better than I am :-)

That is great Amy that you made three times! I got my third run in this

morning so I think I am back on track too.
